Okay, BMW had M and M Sport.
Lexus has F and F Sport.
Cadillac has V and V Sport.
Mercedes-Benz has AMG and AMG Sport.
Audi has S and S Line.
Two things:
1) The word “sport” now looks weird.
2) At some point these are just going to seem like arbitrary letters that may or may not be accompanied by the word “sport” (“line” omitted).

Sure, but what can they do? AMG Comfort? V-Luxury? :)

“Sport” is such a whore...

I agree. “Line” is a classier woman.

Why can’t we just settle on “Limited”?

Don’t forget about Volvo’s R and R-line models...

It was a sad day when I saw my first C200 AMG, it’s simply diluting the prestige that these impressive performance divisions have managed to build over the past 2 decades.

They should all be the fastest trim and be done with it lol.

The general theme is that “sport” has become an appearance and brake/handling package from the actual fast cars, without the engine upgrades. Which is stupid. Sport should designate the fastest ones.

Sport, line, spec, type, design. Whatever.
